[Mixtape] Bianca Bonnie (@BiancaIsKing) - The 9th Year

New York, New York (Friday August 19, 2016)-

Friday, August 19, 2016 Bianca Dupree reintroduces herself to the world as Bianca Bonnie.  The project which is symbolically titled The 9th Year represents her 9yr Journey from her 2007 debut to now.  Back with a new sound, new look and strong team headed by music veteran Yandy Smith, Bianca is set to heat up the summer with music that will finally show the world how talented she is and solidify her spot in the competitive world of Hip Hop.

Bianca Dupree aka Bianca Bonnie formerly Young B was only 15 years old when the Harlem born teen penned the hit single “Chicken Noodle Soup” with her friend DJ Webstar. The song became a popular dance and almost overnight the blossoming star was making appearances on prestigious television programs such as, the Oprah Winfrey Show, Regis & Kelly, Ellen Degeneres, 106 & Park and Sesame Street.

Bianca has built an impressive performance resume opening shows at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music hall, The Apollo Theatre, and the Philadelphia 76ers halftime show. She also won a Soul Train Award for “Best Dance Cut” back in 2007.  Since that time, Bianca has matured as a woman and evolved as an Artist. Experience with shady contracts, failed relationships, the loss of her number one supporter (her older brother) and all the negative chatter from those who said she wouldn’t do it again, has created an incredible entertainer with unmatched drive and amazing writing skills.

In 2015 Bianca was sought out by the producers of the hit reality franchise Love & Hip-Hop and asked to join the cast for season six of Love & Hip Hop New York. This was the big break Bianca had been waiting for. The premiere of season six reintroduced Bianca to the world and gave her a national stage for her long overdue comeback.

“I’ve been waiting to show fans who I really am and what a talented artist I am.
I’ve grown a lot and I want to show the world my growth and deliver an album full of hits they can dance to.” _ Bianca Bonnie

The album features production from Shy Boogs, Ray Lennon, Brian “People’s Garcia” and Ornell Bloomfield, with features from Jaquee and Rotimi of POWER fame.

Man of many talents uses musical diversity to inspire others through new album

LOS ANGELES, CA – Bryen Reeves is a man of many talents. His best friend and long-time musical collaborator, Paul Curtis, can attest to the fact. And as the musician prepares to launch his new album “Musical Schizophrenic” this fall, it’s his diversity and eccentricity that he hopes will be on display through his lyrics and unique sound.

Bryen is one of those guys who can do everything,” Curtis said. “He paints, he writes, he sings, he designs … he does everything. That’s why we came up with the name 10Talents. It fits him perfect.”

Reeves said the inspiration for the professional artist name that has followed him around for years is built upon a parable from the Bible in which Jesus tells a story of three servants who are given coins – or talents – by their master and tasked to be responsible with them. The servant who obeyed the best doubled his money, and it’s that kind of faithfulness that Reeves wants to display through all of his many gifts and abilities. His new album is a display of his musical talents, he said.
“God has blessed me to know how to do a lot of stuff,” Reeves said. “It’s nothing but a blessing, and I’ve done a little bit of everything – I was a barber, I’ve done makeup, I’ve done painting, I’ve done dancing, I’ve done acting. Pretty much if it’s artistic, I do it. And this album is kind of a reflection of that. The single ‘BFF’ shows that diversity off. It’s a fresh new sound, but like the old adage about weddings it has elements that are old, and some things that are new, and some things that are borrowed and some things that are blue. It’s all there, and I think that makes an equation for a hit.”

Reeves said BFF is a fun take on breakups and how some things keep people together forever regardless of their relationship status. He said the title of the album – “Musical Schizophrenic” – is appropriate, however, in that each song takes a different twist and turn from the last. The next track after BFF, for instance, is a swagger-driven ode to drunken love that features a mix of trap and R&B with a catchy bass line.

The album also features tracks such as “Candy Wrapper,” “9Yards,” “Black Button,” “Fire,” and “Honeymoon Stage.” Each song, he said, sounds so different from the last that individually it might seem like they aren’t even from the same artist, but together they make an eclectic project that makes sense in a strange sort of way.

I’ve always been a writer and I’ve always loved all kinds of different music,” Reeves said. “This album started out with me and Paul just cutting joints with no real purpose. But as we started recording songs, I noticed that it was eclectic but still had a harmony to it. I knew right then that we needed to put it out as a project. I think it’s providing a fresh new sound, which is something we need in the industry right now. You know, music goes through phases, and we’re in one of those phases right now where so much of music today is void of emotion – it’s carbon-copied and sounds so much the same. This album has true, raw emotion. It’s a little pop, a little old-school R&B, a little bit of rock … everything. It even includes some really strong ballads.”

“At the end of the day, I want to connect emotionally with people,” Reeves said. “I feel like a lot of times now that people do is listen for a beat – and that’s dope – but I want to connect to the lyrics and the words and the emotion of the song. I want to connect to your personal situation. I want to relate to it. Music is supposed to help people, and I want to give people something that they can really feel. I’m trying to be a catalyst for that.”

The new album, “Musical Schizophrenic,” is due out in the fall of 2016. For more information about single releases or upcoming live shows, follow Reeves on social media @10_Talents on Instagram, @BryenKReeves or @DaReal10Talents on Twitter, and at “Bryen Reeves” on Facebook.

Tyme Johnson Hits the Ground Running with “Instagram Girls”

NYC / LA Tyme Johnson was singing before she could talk; belting out soulful, dynamic notes through the halls of her grade school. Tyme’s talent was noticed by everyone – even teachers, who were supportive of her singing, allowing her to sing through the halls of school while her peers worked on their traditional curriculum. The artist has come a long way from singing for her classmates, shooting to stardom quickly; she had a manager before she reached her teen years.

Tyme’s music tells a story. Influenced by fellow musician and storyteller Prince, the late singer has served as an inspiration for the ever-talented Tyme. And although Tyme’s vocals are reminiscent of classic R&B, her music takes a more modern spin, including rap and clever, catchy hooks. “I have a feel for hip hop, but also I’m an R&B  person. I’m versatile, you’ll see me singing but also, I’m able to bust out rapping on a track,” explains the artist. This unique fusion gave way to Tyme’s latest single, “Instagram Girls.”

“Instagram Girls” is an anthem of infidelity almost every woman can relate to. The song tells a story of a no-good boyfriend getting too much attention from the wrong women on his Instagram feed. Though the song is fun and cheeky, it comes from Tyme’s personal, painful experience of losing love over this very situation. Oddly enough, Tyme wrote the song before she realized her ex-beau was cheating, and now she knows he must hear it and think, “Dang, she finished the song!” What might have been a difficult period in her life has made way for a stellar piece of music, and is the perfect song to amp up a girl’s night out or to play in the car on the way to the club.

One thing is certain: You haven’t heard the last of Tyme. Her ambition goes far beyond reaching her own success. “Success, for me, means to be able to have a profitable label of my own,” says the budding star and CEO of her own entertainment company, Tyme Entertainment. “I want to be able to help independent artists and pass on my success.”

Tyme is innovative, creative, and always exciting fans with the unexpected. You can have Tyme’s music, but you can’t have her man.

Get To Know Animal House Rapper Pistol Paco

James Lorenzo Duckett Jr born December 5, 1986, better known as Pistol Paco (Formerly Pistol Pete) is a rap artist from the Raleigh area of Memphis, Tn. Paco has been frequently referred to as by his peers as the "Wiz Khalifa of alcohol" and that statement reflects in his music heavily
Rapping started as something he’d do just for entertainment—spend hours freestyling on a karaoke machine with friends. After the hours spent free-styling, writing rhymes, and making beats, Paco realized that he was becoming serious about music.
After a brief stint at in college at The University of Tennessee at Martin Paco returned home to Memphis where he began to accumulate the equipment to build his own home studio. After accruing the recording supplies needed Paco began to record and release mix-tapes, including his Happy Hour Trilogy. (Happy Hour, Happy Hour 2: Beer Run, and Happy Hour 3: Last Call)
Under the rapidly growing Animal House brand, Paco has been featured on many of his label mates projects including Breadzilla’s (also known as Yoga Flames) We Goin Live Series and Trey Stax's YoungSoundTrackMack playlist and its sequel.  Paco does not have a date for his next project that will be entitled “Jack Daniels Jr” but has been frequently releasing freestyles and visuals through his social media accounts and the Animal House website www.animalheezy.com
